Fillip Studios, an art and design studio known for creating impactful and interactive experiences, and the historic Eusebius Church in Arnhem jointly announce the opening of their latest exhibition, Hear Here. With a team of art and design professionals, Fillip Studios creates interactive installations, exhibitions, artworks, and experiences that captivate audiences worldwide. From concept to realization, they utilize cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with partners in science, culture, and business. Their projects have been featured from New York to Tokyo, and their base remains in Arnhem, Netherlands.

Hear Here invites visitors to engage with sound, space, and each other in unique and unexpected ways. The exhibition features three interactive installations: Echo, where voices transform into organ-like sounds within towering columns; Resonance, where pools of water respond to presence with subtle vibrations and reflections; and Linea Franca, a touch-sensitive line that creates melodies and encourages collaboration.

These works, inspired by the themes of sharing, counterpoint, and connection, were conceived during Fillip Studios’ residency at the Eusebius Church. The team’s mission to evoke wonder and explore the unknown is clearly visible in each piece. Hear Here challenges visitors to step outside their comfort zone and discover the extraordinary within a shared experience.

“We are delighted to host ‘Hear Here’ at the Eusebius Church,” says Meike Verhagen, director of the Eusebius Church. “This exhibition marks an important step in our ambition to enhance the museum experience within our historic walls.”

For the founders of Fillip Studios, Roos Meerman and Tom Kortbeek, this exhibition holds special significance. “It is an honor to open our first solo exhibition in Arnhem,” they share. “After showing our works internationally on various continents, it feels incredibly rewarding to bring this experience to our own city.”
